We are a transdisciplinary hub committed to tackling the complex sustainability challenges of the Sahel region and beyond. By integrating socio-political, ecological, and economic perspectives, we foster action-oriented research and the co-creation of sustainable solutions.

Through collaboration and innovation, we bridge the gap between research and real-world impact, building resilient communities that can overcome socio-ecological vulnerabilities and seize new opportunities.
Rooted in the Sahel
Based in Senegal, we are a nonprofit organization embedded in a rural African living lab where transformative ideas come to life. From this base, we operate across diverse landscapes in West and East Africa, Asia, and Latin America. We do not merely study challenges—we actively engage in creating sustainable solutions that are locally relevant and globally impactful.
